NEW PATIENTS

New Patient Process Tutorial - First Visit

Step 1: OABS will direct site visitors to our New Patient Process Tutorial page in order to make a referral & complete our referral form

Step 2: Complete our intake packet prior to visit which includes  our notice of privacy practices that describes how we handle HiPAA data.

Step 3: The assigned behavior specialist will:

  • assess the client

  • discuss the expectation of the treatment process 

  • gather information on the individual and family

  • discuss clients present problems

  • develop a treatment plan

& patient will fill out our patient feedback form(optional)
